The AADL 3 digital platform was launched on Tuesday at 11 a.m. by the Agence Nationale pour l’Amélioration et le Développement du Logement (AADL), allowing subscribers in Algeria to activate their accounts and access program documents online.
The new service is reserved exclusively for registrants of the AADL 3 housing program. Through this platform, subscribers can activate their personal accounts, retrieve important documents, and manage information related to their housing application more efficiently.
AADL invited concerned subscribers to visit the official website, www.aadl.dz, to complete their account activation. For additional assistance, users can contact the toll-free number 3040.
To facilitate the process, the agency also released a series of video tutorials explaining how to activate accounts, update personal information, and recover lost registration numbers. These tutorials were published on Tuesday morning to guide users step-by-step through the system.
To activate an account on the AADL 3 digital platform, subscribers must first access the official website and select the “Activate account” option. They will then be required to enter their National Identification Number (NIN), Social Security Number (SSN), date of birth, phone number, and sequential registration number.
Once these details are submitted, users can validate their information by clicking the “Activate” button. This step allows them to create a password and finalize the account activation process. Afterward, subscribers can log in using their sequential registration number and newly created password.
The platform also allows users to update their contact information. Subscribers who need to change their phone number can log in to the website, select the “Activate my account” option, confirm their identity using their NIN, and then choose the “Change phone number” feature to update their details.
AADL has also provided a simple procedure for users who have forgotten their sequential registration number. By accessing the platform and selecting “Activate my account,” subscribers can retrieve the number by entering their NIN, date of birth, Social Security Number, and phone number.
The system then sends an SMS verification code to confirm the request. Once the code is entered, the sequential registration number is displayed on screen, allowing the subscriber to proceed with account activation.
The launch of the AADL 3 digital platform reflects the agency’s broader effort to modernize administrative procedures and improve communication with citizens. By digitizing key services, AADL aims to simplify access to housing program information and ensure better data management for thousands of subscribers across Algeria.
