L'Agence nationale de l'amélioration et du développement du logement (AADL) has implemented a meticulous selection process to ensure that only eligible individuals receive housing under the AADL 3 program. Exclusion from the program can occur for several reasons, which include:
No Proof of Income: Subscribers or their spouses must provide a salary statement for June 2024. If this document is missing, the application will be rejected.
Non-Compliant Income: A minimum monthly income of 24,000 Algerian dinars and a maximum of 120,000 dinars are required for eligibility. Applicants outside this income range will not be considered.
No Social Security Affiliation: Failure to be registered with CNAS or CASNOS by June 2024 results in disqualification from the program.
Incorrect Address: The address listed during registration must match the residence certificate. Any inconsistency will result in rejection.
Account Activation Issues: A failure to activate the AADL 3 account or validate required information leads to cancellation of the subscription.
Property Ownership: Individuals who own a home or land or have received state assistance as per decree 105/01 are not eligible.
