Prime Minister Mohamed Nadir Larbaoui has signed decrees defining basic laws and compensation systems for health sector employees, as published in the latest Official Gazette issues 86 and 87.
The 86th issue of the Official Gazette outlines laws and compensation systems for various health sector roles, including inspector medical practitioners, general medical practitioners, specialists, clinical psychologists, medical physicists, biologists, and public health education professors.
Additionally, the 87th issue introduces the organic law for paramedical staff in public health and their corresponding compensation systems. This issue also includes specific regulations and compensation frameworks for midwives and anesthetists working in the public health sector.
The decrees reflect a comprehensive effort to address the legal and financial framework for Algeria's health sector professionals, ensuring clarity and fairness across roles.
