The AADL Real Estate Management Organisation (AADL) convened a meeting on Tuesday at the National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development headquarters to review its 2024 performance and outline program for 2025, according to an official statement.
The session, chaired by the Director General of the National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development, emphasized critical priorities such as the regular monitoring of elevators, water tanks, and the completion of facade resurfacing projects.
Key topics included the 2025 budget allocation, debt management, collections related to residences and shops, future initiatives for participants in the rental-sale program, and preparations for the holy month of Ramadan.
The Director General of the AADL Branch underscored the importance of monitoring cleaning institutions, urging strict action against non-compliance, and called for cohesive coordination among stakeholders to address ongoing reservations effectively.
Attendees included senior officials and representatives from regional branches such as Algiers Central, Algiers East, Algiers West, Annaba, Setif, Constantine, Oran, and Tiaret.
By the meeting's conclusion, a 2025 work plan was finalized, focusing on accelerating project completions, enhancing services for subscribers, and ensuring the implementation of decisions.
