The Minister of Housing, Urbanisation, and City, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, announced the launch of a unified digital platform designed to streamline housing applications for Algerian citizens.
This platform, revealed during a public session at the National People's Assembly (NPA), aims to direct housing applicants in real time to suitable housing programs based on their eligibility under existing regulations.
Belaribi highlighted the platform's goal of increasing transparency and accessibility, enabling applicants to track their requests and access housing options tailored to their social and economic circumstances.
“The diversity of housing forms benefits citizens, as it provides flexibility to choose options aligned with their income brackets,” Belaribi emphasized, adding that the system will simplify and enhance the housing request process.
