Maghreb Leasing Algérie (MLA) is celebrating the 20th anniversary of its founding, marking two decades of activity dedicated to financing Algerian businesses and supporting investment projects across the country. According to the company, more than 180 billion dinars have been mobilized for the national economy since its launch, benefiting over 6,500 professional clients.
In a press release issued on the occasion, MLA described the anniversary as a milestone reflecting “two decades of commitment, innovation, and support for Algerian businesses in bringing their projects to fruition and expanding their operations.”
The company stated that it has established itself as a key player in lease financing in Algeria since its creation, providing financial solutions to professionals, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), large corporations, and investors operating in various sectors of the economy.
According to MLA, its contribution to the national economy over the past twenty years includes financing more than 41,000 pieces of equipment directly linked to the business activities of its clients. The company said these investments have helped support SME development, stimulate wealth creation, and contribute to employment growth across Algeria.
The leasing institution highlighted its involvement in financing projects in several strategic sectors, including industry, transportation, public works, healthcare, services, and real estate. MLA said these investments have contributed to economic activity and value creation while helping businesses expand their operations and modernize their equipment.
The anniversary celebrations are also intended to recognize the contribution of clients, institutional and financial partners, employees, and other stakeholders who have supported the company throughout its journey. MLA emphasized that the milestone is an opportunity to reflect on its achievements while outlining its future ambitions.
